Office Automation Tools: Microsoft Word (MS Word): Formatting, Tables, Mail Merge, etc., Microsoft Excel (MS Excel): Formulas, Functions, Pivot Tables, Data Analysis, Microsoft PowerPoint (MS PowerPoint): Slide Creation, Animations, Presentations, Microsoft Access (MS Access):  Database Creation, Queries, Reports.

Database Management System (DBMS): Introduction to Database Management Systems, Database Architecture & Components, Relational Database Management System (RDBMS), Structured Query Language (SQL), Database Normalization, Database Security & Backup.
